I can't count the number of times I have walked past this shop in Kolonaki in Athens, admired the bags in the window and haven't gone inside. Well, I did this time, and loved everything I saw. Georgina Skalidi creates beautiful bags, stylish, sculptural, well made, and very original. Her use of materials is unusual.
Like the beautiful flower shop you photograph this points up the two sides of the current Greek crisis; the rich can still afford bags and flowers. Lovely shapes and beautifully made.
